Increased competition and a mre health-concious public meant that things needed shaking up to give Westlers the impact they once had. Westlers have a long lasting reputation and impact on family days outs throughout the UK, with many venues selling their brand of hotdogs.
Westlers have been around since the 1960s and have long been associated with family days out and memorable events. They wanted to tap into that nostalgic feeling of the good old times and bring it back. This was fully realised in the design choices, the typography and the art direction that all oozed nostalgia and feeling lie they've appeared from the good old times.
